At Land Registry we aim to ensure that new proposals relating to land registration, policy and practice reach the widest audience. As a government department answerable to the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice it is vital that we do so; if new policies are to be effective then the consultation process must work for you. We believe however that there is always room for improvement so we would welcome your thoughts on how the consultation process can evolve.
